  • How do I trade my items?

Simply call us, or come in to make an appointment!  We take trade Monday thru Saturday and are generally a couple of weeks out, so call soon!

  • How many items can I bring?

Up to 30 items of clothing per visit.  This allows us to take a little from more and keep the inventory varied.

  • What quality of items are you looking for?

For clothing: items should be clean, stain and smoke free, free of tears, rips, or fading.
For equipment: items should be clean, in working order with all original parts, assembled, and not recalled. To check your product for recalls, go to http://www.babycenter.com/product-recall-finder or http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/category/child.html
Generally, if you would want to buy it, bring it in.

  • How much credit do I get for my items?

For clothing: it’s a $1.00 per piece/outfit.  Make sure you come in on $2 Tuesday to get the most of your credit.
For Equipment: it’s generally based on the original purchase price and the wear and tear of the item. The credit given is half of what the item will sell for in our store.

  • How can I use my credit in your store?

Credit given for used items can be applied as follows:
*100% towards other used items.
*  20% towards new items.
*  30% towards consigned items.
*Used Store Credit cannot be combined with on sale items.

  • What is your consignment percentage?

50/50 for used items
60/40 for artist/locally made items (artist gets 60%)

  • What’s the difference between store credit and consignment?

Store credit is credit that can be used in our store only.  It is given at the completion of your appointment.  It cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
Consignment is an agreement to sell your used items for cash.  Once the item has sold, credit or cash will be given.  The credit can be used as cash on any item in the store and can be cashed out at any time.

  • How long is my store credit good for?

Generally used store credit is good for a year. Cash credit, as in returns or consignments, are good until they are used up.

  • What is your return policy?

No cash refunds are given, in store credit only.
